management, compliance, and supply chain operations. SmartWave strategically decided to add to its portfolio the ERP SYS, which was introduced to the market as a new business line in early 2012. The ERP includes enterprise performance management, software that helps plan, budget, predict, and report on an organization’s financial results. ERP systems are currently critical for managing thousands of businesses of all sizes and in all industries, Therefore the ERP is as indispensable as the power that keeps the lights on. Managing 17 teams to build a world-class ERP product consists of the below mentioned subsystems was a great challenge.
